The front desk staff treated us like royalty, totally accommodating our late checkout request. The coffee shop attendant went above and beyond, getting us a warm drink when we needed it just before heading out.

It sure wasn’t cheap but we found it acceptable.

I had a delightful stay! The warm fire in the lobby was so inviting, and the linens were top-notch. Although there were no chairs in the room to enjoy the ocean view, it added to the character. I'd stay here again!

During my recent stay, I was thrilled to discover the accessibility of the Washington Street Mall just a 10-minute walk away, where I enjoyed browsing through quaint shops and savoring local snacks. The nearby Cape May Rotary Park offered a lovely space to relax and soak in the natural beauty, making my weekend wanderings truly enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to various landmarks and eateries, ensuring I had plenty of options to explore without needing a car, but some room updates like better towel hanging space would enhance the overall experience.

We had an awesome time exploring Cape May with our 2 dogs! The location was perfect for beach walks and bike rides were a blast. The staff was really welcoming, and the room had a cozy, vintage charm that added to our family vibe.

My kids wished the pool area had more supervision or safety measures. It felt a bit chaotic with little ones running around. A bit more attention to that would certainly enhance the experience for families.

Breakfast was great, but the antique elevator was slow.

The staff at the Inn were exceptional, particularly Anna in the restaurant and Jason at the door, who provided outstanding service. I appreciated the complimentary beach tags and chair/umbrella rental, which enhanced my overall experience. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, adding value to my stay.

The room had multiple maintenance issues and was overpriced for the quality.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the waterways by renting kayaks and fueled up with delicious breakfast options at the restaurant. It was great to stroll around the area and enjoy everything close by. Keep in mind parking is free, which is a nice perk for groups.

One downside was the noise from the lobby area that made it hard to sleep at night. If you're sensitive to sound, request a quieter room away from the commotion.
